Dear Mr.  President,

On behalf of the Government of the City of Moscow and all Muscovites, I would like to assure you of our strong desire to host the World Table Tennis Championshipsin 2010.  The Moscow City Government will spare no effort to ensure the most successful World Table Tennis Championships ever.

Moscow is one of the world’s greatest sports cities and we would be most happy to offer the ITTF the best of our sports infrastructure. Our city has a solid track-record in staging high-profile sports events including Olympic Games, World and European championships.

Table tennis is an exceptionally popular and a well established sport in Moscow. Its competitions are always among the most attended and loved sports events in our city.

I am convinced that staging of the 2010 WTTC in Moscow will strongly contribute to national and global growth of this beautiful sport. The Moscow City Government guarantees staging of this important and remarkable sports event per highest international standards.
